Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the check in time will be 100% refunded.
No show is charged.

Late check out policy:
Late check out from 12 pm to 6 pm, 50% of the daily rate will be charged.
Late check out after 6 pm, 100% of the daily rate will be charged.

Child up to five years of age in the same room as their parents stay free of charge.

The Normandy Hotel is totally prepared to receive you and your event in Belo Horizonte. There are four events rooms and a luxurious hall being appropriate to hold parties, meetings and conventions. All the support and equipments can be provided by our team. Wireless internet is available and we can prepare a delicious coffee break upon request.

Diamantina Room has capacity for up to 180 people in auditorium format or 70 people in “U” format.
Maquiné Room has capacity for up to 150 people in auditorium format or 50 people in “U” format.
Mariana Room has capacity for up to 80 people in auditorium format or 30 people in “U” format.
Ouro Preto Room has capacity for up to 30 people in auditorium format or 15 people in “U” format.
Tiradentes ballroom is suitable for greater events and Conventions, helding up to 300 people.
